Our online learning platform has been created to help you to navigate the immigration landscape with confidence, from the comfort of your own desk (or sofa!).
Accessible any day and time that is convenient to you.
Depending on individual training needs, you can choose individual courses within the portfolio, or everything within the portfolio for increased value.

How Does It Work?

Each participant receives a unique user ID and password, along with a link to the TWO Academy.
Access to their designated course is available for one year.

Each course has a downloadable workbook to complete (online or by hand) to embed learning.
Workbooks include tips, links and reference material for future use.

Each course includes a short test designed to check understanding. Incorrect answers are explained and correct answer provided.
Participants receive a completion certificate via email.

UPDATE COURSE: THE NEW SKILLED WORKER ROUTE VS TIER 2
This course covers the key changes to the immigration rules, as those who previoulsy held a Tier 2 sponsor licence move to the new immigration system. It will give you clear insight into what you need to adjust in terms of your processes and procedures, to ensure you remain compliant.
Main Objectives:
Learn about the new points system; tradeable points, salary etc
Understand the new entrant criteria and skills threshold
What has happened to the resident labour market test?
Understand implications upon PhD roles
Learn about the graduate immigration route
Changes to english language and maintenance requirements

This can be purchased as a stand alone course for those wishing to update their working knowledge of Tier 2. It can also be included within the sponsorship portfolio, should anyone wish to do any combination of the four available courses.

This course will cover the key considerations for a Skilled Worker sponsor. It will give you clear insight into what you need to consider in terms of the costs of sponsorship, the compliance UKVI will expect from you. The course outlines the process of becoming a sponsor, and that of sponsoring a skilled worker.

COURSE TWO: PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES
This course will cover the key considerations for your processes and procedures, as a licensed sponsor. It will give you clear insight into the requirements for both you as the sponsor, and your skilled worker, in order to remain compliant.
Main Objectives
Understand the points based system
Explore the criteria for sponsorship of a skilled worker
Understand implications of points for a visa applicant
Explore the implications of intra company transfers
Learn about the new Health Care Worker Visa
Understand the process of assigning a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
What happens when the individual starts work?
Learn what is required throughout their employment in terms of compliance

COURSE THREE: AUDIT PREPARATION
This course will enable you to prepare for a UKVI audit. It will give you clear insight into what happens at an audit, what UKVI will be looking for, and highlight common weak spots which you can address beforehand.
