IAN WESTWOOD Director
TWO is owned and run by Ian, a former Chief Immigration Officer with the UK Immigration Service. Ian has a wealth of experience gained through ten years of front line immigration work, in addition to twenty years of private consultancy experience. As a former member of the Home Office staff, Ian has lots of interesting anecdotes that make his training unique (and surprisingly interesting!).
Ian is a regulated advisor with the IAA. He can offer advice on all personal immigration matters except for asylum claims. He is regulated to the highest possible level, meaning he has rights of audience at immigration tribunal.

HAYLEY DAVEY Immigration Compliance Manager
Hayley is a regulated immigration adviser - she supports clients with all immigration matters, from corporate compliance to individual visa applications. She has first hand experience of working for a large health and care sponsor and navigating the hoops and hurdles of compliance.
ALICE MAE MCKINNON Immigration Compliance Manager
Alice is also a regulated immigration adviser - together with Hayley she ensures our corporate clients and individual applicants receive timely support on all immigration matters. Alice has a background of compliance within the Higher Education sector, so is familiar with our clients's experience of navigating Home Office compliance.
CAT IMHOFF Casework & Operations Manager
Cat oversees the administration of all our casework. Her team works closely to prepare applications on behalf of our clients for all their visa requirements.

SARAH JANE ESTCOURT Technical Administrator
Sarah Jane's role is to support the business with the technical minefield that is working with the immigration rules. She works with Cat on casework administration, and supports Lucy in keeping all our technical content up to date (thank you UKVI for the ever changing rules to keep us on our toes!)
LUANA RAMIRES Immigration Compliance Intern
Luana is on a placement year from the University of Portsmouth. She supports Cat and Sarah Jane with the administration of all our individual client's visa applications. She works hard to ensure applications are processed with all the required paperwork and helps make the process as smooth as possible for clients. Along with the advice team, Luana also provides support to our corporate clients.

LUCY WALMSLEY Content Manager
Lucy is a regulated advisor with the IAA and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Lucy is responsible for all our technical content; her mission is to simplify Home Office jargon and save clients from the frustration of navigating the immigration rules. She also delivers training, and conducts audits along with the advice team.

Passport Proven
Passport Proven is an Identity Document Validation System. It is our sister business and was founded in 2013 to provide a tool to assist those with a need to establish the right to work or the right to rent in the UK, or to verify the identity of an individual. It is also of use to staff at universities and colleges dealing with student admissions.
How does it work?
Passport Proven is an interactive web-based, document-scanning app. It analyses features in a passport, biometric residence permit (BRP), EEA identity card and visa; thus helping our clients to establish the authenticity of a document and help a client establish the statutory excuse.
