Our FAQs pages - a treasure trove of information!
Our recent newsletters - where we update subscribers on recent changes to immigration rules and compliance requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have FAQ pages all employers undertaking right to work checks for Preventing Illegal Working. Fill your boots with knowledge:
Q: If an individual has a Skilled Worker visa (we are not their sponsor), can we employ them on a part time basis?

Current News

The government has been gearing up for a border and immigration system that is digital by default for some time now, and the intention has been that physical documents are to be phased out by the end of 2024. Individuals need to update their BRP to an eVisa, and this may require action from you too in order to update your records. See our dedicated web page:

Training Options

Workshops

We run various workshops for employers - full day and half day refresher courses for a range of training needs. Each workshop is delivered online and offers an opportunity for you to ask lots of questions to enable all delegates to put the learning into context.

TWO Academy

We have two online portfolios for the key training areas we support for employers: Preventing Illegal Working and Employer Sponsorship Compliance. Modular content allows you to target individual training needs and maximise value for money.

Recorded Content

If you are unable to attend one of our workshops but are more of an auditory/visual learner, we have recorded content for you to watch in your own time. Either choose a whole portfolio, or opt for specific modules for your training needs.

Not Sure Of Your Training Needs?

Let's discuss the best option for you.
We can use our TWO workshops as the base content, or build a course entirely from scratch.
