Depending on individual training needs, you can choose individual courses within the portfolio, or everything within the portfolio for increased value.

How Does It Work?
Each participant receives a unique user ID and password, along with a link to the TWO Academy.
Access to their designated course is available for one year.
Each course has a downloadable workbook to complete (online or by hand) to embed learning.
Workbooks include tips, links and reference material for future use.
Each course includes a short test designed to check understanding. Incorrect answers are explained and correct answer provided.
Participants receive a completion certificate via email.

UPDATE COURSE: APRIL 2022 CHANGES
This course covers the key changes to the immigration rules which were initiated in April 2022. The content remains relevant and valid - November 2023 was the last review date. The reason the April 2022 changes were significant and warranted a standalone course was due to their impact upon employer's processes (from this date employers were no longer allowed to manually check a biometric residence permit, and it was when IDVT was introduced too).
This course will give you clear insight into what you need in terms of your processes and procedures, to ensure you remain compliant.

COURSE ONE: INTRODUCTION TO RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK
This course covers the essential right to work requirements, adhering to UKVI requirements. It includes an overview of preventing illegal working, including why these checks are important, and guidance surrounding the checks.
Main Objectives:
Understand the importance of right to work checks
Understand what the statutory excuse is, and how to obtain it
Learn about the three ways to check right to work: manual checks; online checks and using IDVT
Gain some insight into more complex areas of checking
Gain resources for future reference in the workplace.

COURSE TWO: UNDERSTANDING VISA CATEGORIES
This course outlines those visa categories available to non-EU citizens wishing to live and work in the UK. It will help to clarify the work restrictions on an individual with a particular visa, which is particularly useful for employers.
Main Objectives:
Learn an overview of the main visa categories you will see
Understand the various visas available to non-EU nationals
Learn about the new visa categories: High Potential Individuals, Global Business Mobility Visas, Ukraine visas etc.
Understand what to look for, and where to find an individual's visa status
Begin to understand the restrictions on each visa category.

COURSE THREE: HOW TO VERIFY AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT
This course covers the basic steps and techniques to verify whether an identity document is real or not, and whether it is presented to you by its rightful owner. You will learn how to quickly and comprehensively check an identity document for right to work purposes.

Learn about the different types of identity document
Learn how to spot and imposter
Understand the common security features in an identity document
Learn additional resources you can use, should you have doubts
Know what to do if you feel you have found a fake ID or imposter.
