Corporate Brexit Support Options
We can provide clarity to employers and guidance to employees on what their options are. Both employer and employee benefit from our support packages.
We will always tailor a solution to your specific needs. However, as a guide, some options are listed below. A day's service provision that is popular with our clients will typically start with an in-house briefing session (option 1), followed by either group application workshops (option 2) or individual immigration surgeries (options 3 or 4 depending on nationality).
We have the technology to submit EU Settlement Scheme applications on behalf of individuals, should this be relevant.
1. General Immigration Brexit Update
Content to include an update on the status of EU and EEA nationals; what is likely to happen in the next few months. This session can be aimed at anyone with an interest in the subject - managers; EU staff; HR etc.
2. Application Workshops
Working through an application and the UKVI consideration process. Suitable for anyone in the process of making an application. For this we typically suggest a maximum of 10 attendees so we can answer specific questions, it will be a classroom based approach.
3. EU / EEA Applications
Does your business rely on EU workers? Do you want to ensure they secure their rights to stay in the UK? Then we can help with onsite registration of your employees under Settled or Pre-Settled Status. We can register each member of staff giving you the reassurance they will retain their ongoing right to work in the UK.
The process is quick, simple and cost effective - giving you and your staff peace of mind.
4. Surgeries (individual 30 minute appointments)
An opportunity for any member of staff to discuss their immigration questions in a confidential setting. This can be open to any EU/international staff. We will provide clear and concise advice, and can even submit an EU Settlement Scheme application there and then, if applicable.
