Becoming a Sponsor
If you are looking to become a licenced sponsor, we can guide you through the various steps in the process. We will ensure you have the correct procedures in place for compliance, which is critical for the future of your licence. TWO can take on full management of your sponsor licence, or act as an authorised user to be on hand to assist whenever needed.
Audit
If you are unsure if you are doing things right, let us check before UKVI do! We offer mock TIer2 and Tier 4 audits to highlight areas of weakness in your processes and help you to successfully pass a UKVI inspection (with considerably less stress). We take on the role of good cop and see UKVI as the bad cop, so you can feel confident you can be open and honest about any concerns without fear of jeopardizing your licence.
Sponsor Management System
TWO can offer more than advice and guidance and take the administrative burden of the sponsorship management system off your hands. As a Level 1 user on your licence, we would be able to assign certificates of sponsorship for your employees; notify UKVI of any changes to circumstances for your sponsored workers; and apply for restricted certificates of sponsorship to name just a few tasks.

Having clear policies and procedures relating to immigration compliance is crucial for the survival of your sponsor licence. Policies, particularly those relating to immigration, can easily miss important details when the rules are constantly changing.
