Rule Changes 2024 & Skilled Worker Update: TWO Online Workshop
This half-day workshop is aimed at those who need to navigate the raft of changes the government sets in motion in Spring 2024.
We will look at all the changes and particularly focus on Skilled Worker visa criteria to highlight how you can support current and future non-UK nationals. We will break down the changes and highlight what options are available, should sponsorship no longer be a viable option in any particular situation.
The session will help maintain your confidence in your processes and procedures, and sponsorship compliance.

Changes to Appendix Skilled Occupations
Outlining salary thresholds for Skilled Worker, for new applicants to the route and for those who already have a Skilled Worker visa
Explaining the Immigration Salary List and how this differs to the Shortage Occupation List
Clarifying which individuals will be able to apply under tranistional arrangements
Health and Care visas and updated salary thresholds
Other changes including supplementary work for Skilled Workers, Global Business Mobility visa salaries, and family visas.

The workshop timings are 9:30 to 12:30. It is held online.
