Skilled Worker Sponsorship Refresher: TWO Online Workshop
This half-day workshop is aimed at those who have a level of knowledge of sponsorship but would benefit from a boost!
Perhaps you sponsor of a low number of skilled workers so are not regularly putting your knowledge into practice. Or you may wish to refresh your knowledge and keep up to date with skilled worker sponsor compliance.
The session will help maintain your confidence in your processes and procedures, and sponsorship compliance.
Our focus for this session:
Eligibility: Job offer, skill level, genuine vacancy, salary, tradeable points including clarification on the changes effective from 04 April 2024
Eligibility: Maintenance, English language
Sponsorship Practicalities: SOC codes, costs, decisions regarding length of sponsorship, salary for CoS
Certificates of Sponsorship: Requesting a defined CoS & assigning a CoS
The visa application process
Starting employment: Start date, right to work checks
During employment: Changes to circumstances, visa expiry & extension
UKVI compliance: Record keeping & reporting
Q & A session: have your queries answered and share experiences.
The workshop timings are 9:30 to 12:30. It is held online.
The cost is £125 plus VAT for each delegate, which includes comprehensive reference material sent to you in advance of the workshop.
